Stock Market Investment Styles

Stock market trading or stock investing is the process of investing your money to earn more money later. There are mainly 6 distinct types of stock investing styles, followed by investors following different strategies.

  • Brother-in-law style of investing – in this style, the online stock investing persons seek advice of online brokerage services or experienced stock brokers when buying and selling stocks.
  • Technical investing – in this the online stock traders carefully study and outline stock patterns and invest in stocks accordingly. They use advanced stock trading softwares for this purposes.
  • Economist investing style – this type of online trading is done by those who rely on economic predictions. This method can include more risks.
  • Scuttlebutt investing style – this is the method of stock market investing, the investor trades according to information from brokers, vendors and other traders.
  • Value investing style – value investors take online stock investing decisions according to the value of individual stocks independent of stock market price.
  • Conscious investing style – the online traders who follow this type of trading style does not pattern any proper investing style, they uses two or more of the above styles and their own believes to trade stocks online.
