What is Online Day Trading?

Direct access day trading, popularly known as online day trading, is the day trading on direct access trading platforms. This trading platform or day trading software enable an online trader to access stock or option markets and trade directly from there.

Now you may ask “What is day trading?” Well, day trading as the name implies is the trading of stocks or options with in a day. An online day trader will buy and sell different stocks at different times a day. They perform these tasks against small market trends, usually with profits of $0.001 or so. An online trader will perform up to 100 online deals a day and at the end of the market he usually owns no stock on his name.

Online stock day trading and options day trading are becoming quickly popular with the introduction of online trading softwares and online trading companies.
