The basket order entry window allows the user to create a basket of symbols and then submit that basket for execution. The basket could consist of a mix of equities, options and futures. Once an order is placed, the basket window will show the execution status for each line item in the basket.

This is a highly powerful feature that allows the user to execute upto 100 different orders with the single click of the mouse.
